Membership/Season's Passes

 To sign up for your membership, seasons passes and lessons, use the link below to access online registration. Or print one of the registration forms below, fill it in and mail it the address provided on the form. 

Early registration ends 04 December, 2008.   Early pricing in effect until then.

To qualify for earlybird prices all mail in registrations must be postmarked no later than 04 December.  Prices will increase as of 05 December 2008.

Please Note:  Each family member that is being registered is required to complete a waiver form.

NOTE: Season's passes/membership will be available to be picked up at the ticket booth at Stake Lake your first day out.  Confirmation will not be sent out to individuals.

NOTE:  If NOT registering online, registration forms must be mailed in with payment, or taken directly to Ticket Booth at Stake Lake when season starts.

Daily Rates / 6 Day Passes

Both are available at the Ticket Booth @ Stake Lake

For those members wishing to take part in loppets and ski races, a racing license is required.  CCBC and CCBC Junior Race licenses are available from Debbie Hubic.  CCC licenses are available from CCBC (250) 545-9600 or can be downloaded from Cross Country Canada.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds for Trail Passes ONLY

Refunds will be provided when injury or serious illness prevents skier from using the trail system for the balance of the season.  Medical note must accompany request.   All refunds will be processed by the club registrar.
